Precision Inspection Systems, Engineered End-to-End
From photon capture to final actuation, WindleTek architects complete inspection systems that integrate vision, intelligence, and automation — delivering deterministic performance in demanding industrial environments.

Why We Started WindleTek
Across industries, we kept seeing the same gap. Manufacturers wanted AI-powered inspection systems, but the market forced them into two extremes: software-only solutions that required them to piece together hardware on their own, or rigid, overpriced turnkey machines with little flexibility or control.
Neither approach truly solved the problem.
What manufacturers actually needed was a single partner who could own the entire system — from selecting the right cameras and designing the lighting, to building and training the AI, deploying it on edge hardware, integrating with PLCs, and commissioning it at full production speed. One team. One system. One point of accountability.
WindleTek was built to deliver exactly that.
Our first major integration, the Nova Sorters project, validated this approach. It was a complete, high-speed inspection system for industrial color sorting machines, engineered end-to-end — including line-scan imaging, precision LED illumination, backlighting, edge compute, PLC-controlled rejection mechanisms, and conveyor integration.
That success became our foundation — and from there, we're expanding into industries like pharma, automotive, and electronics, bringing the same integrated, performance-driven approach to inspection and automation.
Integration Milestones
WindleTek founded to deliver complete inspection automation systems — not just AI software, but the full integrated stack.
Engineered and deployed a complete inspection system for Nova Sorters — cameras, lighting, AI, edge compute, PLC, and conveyors.

How We Work
Our mission is to deliver complete, production-ready inspection systems — not just AI software, not just hardware, but the integrated whole.
System Thinking
We design every system as an integrated whole — not a collection of parts. Optics, cameras, AI, edge hardware, and controls must work together, and we own that responsibility.
Engineering Rigor
Every component is selected, tested, and validated for its specific role. We don't guess — we characterize defects, model optical paths, and validate at production speed before handoff.
Customer Partnership
We succeed when your production line succeeds. Long-term support, model retraining, and system optimization — not one-time sales.

Our Locations
Headquartered in India with on-site deployment capability worldwide.
